ORDER SPECIFICATIONS
General Information
ACCEPTANCE OF AN ORDER
All orders are accepted subject to our delivery terms, art specifications and credit terms. All these requirements must be met and confirmed by Hirsch in order for it to be accepted by us. If any of these terms are not met, a specific delivery date cannot be promised by Hirsch and you will be contacted by a customer service representative.

CANCELLATIONS
No order will be cancelled without a written request and must be approved by Hirsch before hand. Cancelled orders are subject to all charges for work completed and stock ordered before order cancellation was approved. A cancellation charge of $30.00 (G) applies.

CHANGES
Hirsch will accept no changes to an order unless done so in writing and accepted and approved by one of our customer service representatives.

CREDIT
Due to the nature of our products, which are custom made to your spcifications, 50-100 percent deposit is required upon order acceptance. No credit terms are available.

COPYRIGHT NOTICE
All copy or materials sent for use in producing your order will be accepted by Hirsch as being submitted in full compliance with all applicable laws regarding trademark, copyright, right of privacy, patent, or any similar protections. The customer, in submitting such copy or materials represents that the use thereof by the factory on the items ordered will not violate any such laws and Hirsch hereby disclaims any liability for compliance with such laws in the use of the customer’s copy or materials. The customer hereby agrees to hold Hirsch harmless for any damages arising as a consequence of the factory’s use of said copy or materials.

E-MAIL
Orders and artwork can be sent to us via e-mail. E-mailed orders will be considered the original order. The legibility, completeness and accuracy of the artwork and order will be the full responsibility of the distributor. Hirsch will not be responsible for transmission malfunctions and computer down time. Confirmation of receipt by us of your e-mailed order will also be the distributor’s responsibility. A copy of your artwork and order should also be faxed to factory, marked “Confirmation of E-mailed Order” with date, in order to insure all information that was e-mailed was received.

FAXED ORDERS
Faxed orders are considered originals. If you confirm your order by mail, be sure to mark on your mailed order “Confirmation of Faxed Order”.

HANDWRITTEN ORDER
We assume no responsibility if a handwritten order is submitted and misprinted.

OVERS AND UNDERS
All orders that are imprinted are subject to a plus or minus of 5% merchandise.

PRODUCTION TIME
Our normal production time is approximately 7-14 working days on rush items and for custom products shipped from overseas 3-6 weeks (via AIR FREIGHT) or 5-6 weeks (via OCEAN FREIGHT). Any alterations to normal product specifications, or packaging changes, may have an effect on delivery time. If this is of concern, please verify with our customer service team that your deadline can be met. Orders requesting shipping in less than our normal production time are subject to rush charges and your ship date must also be approved by our customer service staff.

PRICES
Prices are subject to change on 30 days notice. Written quotations are valid for 60 days unless otherwise specified. For pricing exceeding end column quantities, please contact factory for a custom quotation. In between quantities will be billed at the lower quantity price. Prices on rush items are FOB NJ and custom items are FOB NY (JFK) or CA (LAX).

QUOTATIONS
Quotations issued by Hirsch are for price and delivery only and do not guarantee automatic acceptance by Hirsch. All verbal offers are not binding until they are confirmed in writing by a sales representative.

RETURNS AND REPLACEMENTS
Our Customer Service Department must approve all returns for repair, replacement or credit. Merchandise returned without authorization will not be accepted and will be returned to sender. Credit will only be considered for merchandise that has our approval to be returned.

TERMS
Our terms are 50 to 100 % deposit upon placement of an order and balance before shipment. We accept Visa and MasterCard, but are subject to a 3% convienience fee. All convienience fees are paid to a 3rd party, that processes the credit card transactions. We do not retain any portion of this fee. All payments must be in US funds.

All artwork, designs and trademarks imprinted on the products displayed in this catalog are reproduced only as examples of the type and quality of the products we offer. They are not intended to represent that the products are either endorsed by, or produced for the owners of the artwork, design, or trademark.
